SHIPPING POLICY

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase wine, spirits, and beer.

 

By placing your order you have represented to Corked that you are at least 21. Customers may be required to provide proof of age.

All wines, spirits, and beer delivered must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Shipments may be held if the weather is not suitable for shipment.  We will contact you regarding any delay.

Shipments may not be for resale.

We do not ship to Hotels.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours and we strive to accommodate our customers in every way. However, we cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date. 

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

We proudly deliver using FedEx Ground Service. The following options are available:

• 1.) FEDEX GROUND: Delivery to all Business addresses between 9:00AM – 5:00PM
• 2.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY: Delivery to all Home addresses between 9:00AM - 5:00PM
• 3.) FEDEX HOME DELIVERY EVENING: Special delivery to most Home addresses between 5:00PM – 8:00PM

An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. 

While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, Corked is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. 

Many states restrict the shipment of wine. Please accept our apologies if we are unable to ship to your area.

RETURNS POLICY

If there is a problem with your order please inform us within 31 days of your delivery.  Buyer is responsible for Return shipping charges.

If you suspect that you have a bad bottle, please put the cork back in the bottle leaving the contents in the bottle.  

If you find any errors in vintages, item or size please contact us by email at [email protected] or by calling Telephone: (562) 997-0282.

If any order is shipped in error we will refund the full price including the shipping charges.

All other unopened returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee less the shipping charges.

PAYMENT POLICY

In order to protect our customers, proper personal identification (driver's license, passport, etc.) may be requested in order to process an online order. We appreciate cooperation when such requests are made.

SIGNATURE POLICY

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine, spirits, or beer from Corked.

All packages sent out by Corked REQUIRE a signature upon delivery.  

Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored. 

We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine.

If a package has been returned to us, you will incur additional shipping charges to reship your package.
