Sunday Funday Chardonnay

The fruit forward characteristics of this wine are thirst quenching and awesome. The acid from the Sauv Blanc gives it a medium body finish that lingers just long enough to give you the hints of stone fruit and green apple. Oh and we made the back label peel off, and for fun we made it a scavenger hunt for your Sunday Funday. Sunday Funday is the gold standard for a new world stainless steel white wine. In 2013, the three grapes were harvested and fermented individually. They never saw the inside of an oak barrel. We blended a tiny bit of viognier to make the nose explode.
