San Matias Cristalino

The nose is dominated by vanilla and cherry, with hints of cake batter and agave. On the palate, the agave is more pronounced than expected, but the vanilla cake flavor is still strong. The overall effect is sweet, but not cloying. There are also almond and honey notes.
