Idle Hands 5 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey

This high-rye bourbon was distilled in 2015 in Indiana with a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley. Aged at least 5 years in new American oak, it features a rich balance of caramel, fruit, baking spice, and oak notes. The nose opens with brown sugar, vanilla, baking spice, toasted oak, citrus zest, and hints of dried fruit. On the palate, you'll find more caramel and vanilla with orchard fruit, cinnamon, clove, licorice, oak, and raisin notes.
