Starward X Lagavulin Single Malt Australian Whisky

A perfect marriage of Australian curiosity and Scottish tradition. For our very first distillery collaboration, we sourced peated barrels from world renowned Lagavulin distillery, that were soaked with their distinctive Islay malt - intensely flavoured, smoky, and rich. We finished our red wine barrel aged whisky in these casks for a further 15 months, melding Starward’s tropical notes with Lagavulin’s iconic smokiness.
