Sierra Norte Yellow Corn Single Barrel Whiskey

distilled from native Oaxacan corn. 85% Oaxacan heritage corn and 15% malted barley. Notes of toasted corn, buttery popcorn with a hint of caramel. The palate is relaxed and extremely smooth with mellow grilled pineapple and subtle red chili spice. The finish is long and warm with honey, allspice, and ash.
