Hakutsuru Junmai Gingo Sake Rice Wine

An elegant fragrant sake with a dry round smooth finish, made using natural spring water from Mt. Rokkō. This one is fermented for an extended period at low temperatures. Notes of blueberry and melon with well-balanced flavours of pear and strawberry.
