San Matias Tahona Reposado Tequila

The agave is steamed in stone ovens, crushed with their original stone tahona from 1886, fermented in wooden vats and distilled in copper pot stills. Aroma of ripe fruits, vanilla and lactic aroma of lightweight minerality butter and in its ethereal explosion. Sweet intense, mineral sapidity and adequate acidity, meeting roundness and harmony in its flavor.
