Carmel Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon

Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. After fermentation and maceration on its skins, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, followed by a further 12 months of maturation in the bottles.
