Bright, fruity aromas of peach soufflé, rapini, toasted pepper bread, and dandelion with a silky, crisp, effervescent, off-dry medium body and a tingling, captivating, breezy banana nut muffin, salted cashews, and peppercorns finish. A nicely astringent, hoppy saison with good dimension and warmth.
