Aviation American Gin

Aviation American Gin is a batch-distilled gin made with a blend of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, cardamom, lavender, anise, and sarsaparilla. The gin is distilled in small batches in a copper pot still and is bottled at 50% ABV. The gin has a smooth, balanced flavor with notes of juniper, citrus, and spice.
