This whiskey is made from a blend of corn, rye, and malted barley, and is aged in charred oak barrels for a minimum of two years. The whiskey has a deep amber color and a smooth, sweet flavor with notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak. The Cask of Amontillado is bottled at 90 proof and is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
